In the last seven years, the Clive Jaycees have donated more than $350,000 to local community organizations. Twice yearly, allocations are distributed to organizations in the Des Moines metro area. 

Some of the community organizations receiving donations in the past include: 

- The Heart Connection
- Amanda the Panda
- Animal Rescue League
- Big Brothers/Big Sisters
- Iowa Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
- Boy Scouts
- Cystic Fibrosis
- Hope Ministries
- Festival of Trees
- Girl Scouts
- Camp Courageous
- and many departments within the city of Clive.

In addition, the Clive Jaycees offer the Matt Benjamin Memorial Scholarship program.  Two local high school seniors are awarded $1,500 each on the basis of community involvement, academics and financial need.
